Today we’d like to take a moment to introduce you to some very special members of our team. They each bring something to the table that really enhances what we do here.

Trey is a real estate executive who just completed his first year with us. He did his due diligence in picking a brokerage because of the knowledge and experience that we have and he’s completely happy with his decision so far. More so than anything, he has learned that we don’t just work in home selling—we build relationships with clients for life.

Lindsey is an agent on our team who has returned to us after previously working with us in the past. Everything has changed since she left, but she’s happy to be back regardless. She loves what she does and is very excited to continue building her future.

Jamie is a Realtor who works out of our Winter Haven office. She chose us because of our perfect match of culture. She has learned that real estate is not just a transaction or a number, but a relationship.

We’re on a mission to help as many people as we can.

Brock has been with us for five years and has sold over 250 homes. He has recently been promoted to a real estate executive on our team, where he’ll be working with buyers and sellers. He is very excited that we are introducing a new model to the market with an annual incentive plan that rewards agents each year.

We’re very excited for what 2018 has to bring. We’re on a mission to help as many people as we can. If you or someone you know could use our help or you’re interested in what it’s like to work on our team, don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. We would love to hear from you.

I’ve got a few exciting updates to share with you this holiday season. We’re working hard every day to improve our level of service after a great year in 2017. Our team has seen major growth and we’re excited to see what 2018 has to bring.

Our continued success is all thanks to you, so we want to offer a few tokens of our appreciation. One is a Christmas card, which I’ll be delivering to all of you on December 1!

We’re also very excited to announce that we’re offering a free home warranty for anyone who decides to list with us in Polk County. If you’re interested in selling your home, we’ve got your warranty covered. Having a warranty is an added benefit and will help your home sell for the higher price.

Thank you for your continued support.

We’re opening up two new rockstar locations in the new year. If you need help buying or selling a home in 2018, we would love the opportunity to help you out. If you have any questions for us in the meantime, don’t hesitate to reach out and give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

How to Prepare to Show a Pet Occupied Home

How should you prepare to show your home when you have pets? I’ll answer that for you today.

If you’re selling your home and have pets, there are a few things you need to do to prepare for showings.
  1. Make sure your pets are not home during showings. Go for a walk with them or give them to a family member or friend while showings are happening. If you’re at work, put them in a kennel or outside. You want to make sure any potential buyers won’t feel threatened or apprehensive due to allergies.
  2. Remove any signs of pets in the home. Make sure the kitty litter is tucked away in a closet and toys are stowed away for the showing.
  3. Make sure there are no offensive odors. A good, thorough cleaning should take care of any pet odors in your home. We actually work with a great company that leaves your home smelling fresh and clean. We’d be happy to get you in touch with them.
If you have any questions about selling a home with pets, or if you have any other real estate questions, please don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you!
